TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RAFFLES
- Persons wishing to purchase, must do so via the link associated to the Raffle.
- Payment must be made in full, via an online purchase (as per the link)
- Payment must be received prior to the closure of the Raffle (we will take into consideration the delay time of ‘standard’ banking).
- Staff, Volunteers and their families, may enter the Raffle, as long they do so via the online payment purchase process. No cash payments will be received.
- While we very much appreciate donations from all over the country and world, prizes can only be redeemed via people who reside in the North and South Islands of New Zealand. We apologise to others out of those regions but the cost of sending prizes out of external Islands will be too expensive.
- The Winning ticket(s) will be chosen at random, via a computer-generated number selection process.
- Once the Raffle has been drawn and the Winner has been notified, the Winner will have ONE Week to make contact with the Trust to redeem their prize. Should the Winner not make contact, the prize will be redrawn and a new Winner will be notified.
- Additional rules may be added to each raffle depending on what the prize is. Should this be required, these rules will be made clear at the time of advertising.
- The Judges decision is final. Winner is drawn under the supervision of JP or NZ police representative.
